The Tennis Team is playing at TCU after school today.  This is the make-up match from last Friday which was cancelled due to rain.  

Varsity Tennis has played three matches so far.   They have won vs. Brewer High School 11 matches to 8, and against Sam Houston 15-4, but lost versus Martin on September 18th 7-12.  The Bowie match from Friday, September 14th will be rescheduled on October 5th. 

We had 5 1st place finishes:
Iian Logan (Boys Singels)
Elizabeth Ellis (Girls singles)
Samantha Moran (Girls Singles)
Raul Doporto and David Kelly (Boys Doubles)
Meredith Fuller and Rachel Woodard (Girls Doubles)
We also had 3 second place finishes:
Reese Ringnald (Boys singles)
Shelby Ferguson and Jessica Moreno (Girls Doubles)
Will Ross and Darby Lieber (Mixed Doubles)
So, of the 10 possible brackets, we placed 1st or 2nd in 8 of them.
We also had our District Tournament yesterday in which we did very well.  We still 3 players alive in the tournament and they will be playing today for a chance to go on to Regionals.
Reese Ringnald will be playing Iian Logan (intra-Paschal competition) today for a chance to go on to Regionals for Boys Singles
Will Ross and Darby Leiber will also be playing for a chance to advance in Mixed Doubles!
